Hey Norm!

'Hey Norm' was a campaign designed to help teens discuss the harms of vaping with ease. Norm’s awkward manner added a playful touch to serious conversations. By making discussions less intimidating, we aimed to empower teens to speak up and make healthier choices together.

There was a soft launch to this campaign, with just the Hey Norm phone number
placed on billboards around the Twin Cities.


Followed by the roll out of a variety of video content ranging from a longform infomercial to a series of short videos for social feeds.
As well as OOH placements where teens were sure to see him.
